Random Memorandum was created by Mel Glass, PhD, LCSW, MFT (inactive licenses due to retirement) to encourage students to communicate positive messages and promote wholesome values. In his 38 years of practice as a Licensed Psychotherapist, 11 years as a Deputy Probation Officer, and 1 year as Head Houseparent in an orphanage/residential care treatment center for emotionally disturbed children, Dr. Glass identified the necessity to direct children toward positive thinking and behavior. Dr. Glass has dedicated his professional career to saving souls and hopes that Random Memorandum will be another avenue of perfecting the world through loving-kindness, encouraging the value of self and others, respect, decency, and social conscience.
