Inspire Positive Choices Every Day

The messages on our shirts promote positive human values that generate personal well being and healthy interpersonal relationships. These skills learned in childhood remain useful during the entire course of a person's life. The hope is that one childs positivity will encourage positivity in others. This creates an environment where kind words and deeds generate self respect and respect for others. This positivity is emotionally uplifting resulting in happier and well adjusted children.

 

When children are mean or bully other children, it causes the victim to be

hurt, alienated, withdrawn, scared and angry.

 

When children are kind to other children it causes the recipient to feel

included, liked, accepted and happier.

 

We are all shocked and horrified when we hear of another tragic school shooting. If Random Memorandum's positivity was practiced in every school in this country, we would hope that it would reduce or prevent future bullying and violence.

 

Children choose the messages on their shirts that they want to relate to others. We encourage parents and teachers to use these messages that the children choose to promote discussions about the positive effects that their attitude and behavior has on themselves and others.

 

We hope that our program serves as a catalyst for parents and schools to teach and reinforce these principles of morals, values and ethics.
